The Polyphosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2021 was notified via S.O. 5388(E), dated 24th December 2021 under Section 16 of the BIS Act, 2016. The original enforcement date (181 days from notification) was extended through S.O. 2226(E), dated 13th May 2022, fixing the final enforcement date as 22nd December 2022.
